My daughter who works at a school and is single foster mom, bought her whirlpool fridge at lowes 4 months ago. It stopped working and repair man, who was extra nice, came out on a Wednesday at 12:00. I had called the office that Morning to ask for a time and was told 3:00. Got a call from my daughter that at 12:00 he was waiting on me. I got to her house in 20 minutes and he replaced something on the fridge. She bought new groceries and next morning she realized fridge was still not cold and once again all food had to be thrown out. Called and ask them to come back out and was told they dont do next day repair calls so I had to wait till Friday and again the call time would be between 10 and 12. My daughter called and said he was at the house at 10. I got there at 10:15 and he was gone. I called the service number and spoke to someone named Amelia, who told me I would have to reschedule that he was already far away from the house and could not be called back. I asked her to call and ask if he could, he could not be more than 10 miles from the house. She repeatedly told me she could not and it had to be rescheduled so I asked again. Could you please call the technician after setting on hold She told me that he was just too far from the house and that we would have to reschedule again, the problem is is that whirlpool contract this company for four month old fridge they came out it was not repaired and their customer service, a company that wants you to return to them, or have high standards gives you a 10 to 15 minute break and cant work you in a schedule. you shouldn't have to deal with a lady with a bad attitude who does not want to help you at all.

we had flamingo appliance, come to our house for a warranty issue on a Maytag dishwasher. The technician did not have the parts available to do the repair. He instructed us that he was going to be back the next day and did not call, text, email, or do anything at all to let us know he was not coming. Very unprofessional unreliable, and would not recommend this company in any circumstance.

This isn't my first time using Flamingo Appliance Services, I had my washer repaired by them and I was very pleased with my service my washer is working perfectly. recently I had to call them for my oven they worked with me in a timely fashion actually I could've had the job done sooner but I had other prior things but they worked with me on my availability I'm so happy my oven is fixed and the technician was friendly and knowledgeable I'm very pleased with the job he did Thank you!

What a horrible company I dont understand how Whirlpool backs them. Tech went out supposedly fixed issue charged me over $400 two days later issue was still happening tech comes back out and says oh it must be something else and again charges me $501 to fix motherboard then the company accidentally charged that twice and Ive been fighting with them for a week to refund the second charge. You dont get to talk to billing dept its all an incompetent customer service lady who barely is understood telling you email them and Im sorry you cant talk to anyone else. Just unacceptable business when it was their fault to have charged me twice

The description of how to change the LG dishwasher sump and pump was excellent. I know there are so many differences between model numbers but it would still be nice to have a few photos while you work. Still your instructions were easy enough to follow and for the average DIYer were sufficient for me. Its running fine as we speak..
