Tried three times to make a purchase at Vanderbilt Outpatient Surgery Center on Wednesday, June 21. Each time, $1.50 was deducted from my card, totalling $4.50. Nothing was dispensed. I submitted a refund request immediately after. Still no refund.
UPDATE: Funds were credited back onto my card. 6/25

Tried to use a machine at Miami international - no prices posted - when I made a selection, i decided not to spend $4 for a bag of chips. Couldn't get the machine to retus my $1.50 without
purchase - THEFT!

I used the vending machine at the fort hood visitors center. One of the better vending machines Ive used in my entire life.

I used four of their machines at Winter Haven Hospital, and it was a complete disaster.
One of the machines acted like it was taking my credit card, but it wouldn't give me my drink. I tried pressing the buttons, but they didn't do anything. Another machine finally gave me a drink, but then my snack got stuck. Plus, none of the machines had any prices listed, which was super frustrating.
As someone who has spent a lot of time in hospitals, I know how important vending machines can be for patients and their families. When you're waiting in a waiting room for hours on end, a snack or drink can make all the difference. That's why it's especially frustrating when the vending machines don't work properly.
If you're running a hospital or any other business where people rely on vending machines, you need to make sure they're in good working order. People are counting on them, and it's not fair to leave them without the snacks and drinks they need. So, I'm here to warn you that if you're considering using these vending machines for your business, I would strongly advise against it. They're just not reliable or helpful, and your customers will end up frustrated and disappointed.
