One star is one too many. I needed to buy a piece of equipment for my pool. Talked to Robert and he gave me a good price of $700 and said it was in stock. I told Robert I wanted to pay by phone or credit card authorization and he said No, I had to come to the store in person. Knowing that I would have to drive 50 min each way I insisted on paying with the CC and have someone pick it up but Robert again said no. My wife offered to go and drove from Homestead all the way to The Pool Palace. She was told that the equipment had sold and they were going to try to find another one for the next day but no guarantees. My wife was so disappointed and so was I. She had to drive back another 50 min empty handed. A little later I get a call from Javier saying they found another unit but the price was now $900! How can I trust these people now? This is the old trick of bait and switch. Never do business with these people again.
