Was passing through Miami and had an issue with my r9t turn signals that required a special screwdriver to fix. I arrived just as they were closing and they fixed my issue and warned me of another issue. I would not hesitate to go there when i have more time to look around. The person i would like to mention is Paula and the person she had help me out.

This is like a toy store for grown ups! You can spend hours looking at all the beautiful bikes but what really differentiates this store from other motorcycle stores is the great service, from its owners to their great staff. Basically I left my Honda goldwing there and bough a very nice R18 B. Just ask for Alan, Tania or Jesi and they will make you feel at home while you are knowledgeable assisted on the best motorcycle and the best deal you can get. Dont believe me, just go.

Came by to make an appointment for a battery replacement to my remote. As soon as I pulled in, CARLOS walked out and took care of me incredibly fast like he always does. He replaced my battery on the spot.
Im so happy I chose bmw of Miami to buy my S1000 as their customer service is always great and carlos is great at taking care of BMWs customers.
Thanks again for another pleasant visit

Pretty disappointed. I love my new Roy En INT650, brought home Oct '22. But (and you knew it was coming) so far I wish I bought it somewhere else. 36 hours after bringing it home and parking it in my locked garage I discovered a one-inch cut in the seat. Scrolling back to photos the salesman had sent me when the bike landed at the shop, there was foam and other packaging around the bike. The cut had to have happened when opening the crate and the protection, because I certainly did not have a razor blade anywhere near the bike in my garage. Explaining this until I'm blue in the face awarded me replies that once it leaves the shop that defect is out of warranty. Yeah, I get that. But the cut is there and the possibility of it happening on my end is nil while the likelihood of an accident during unpacking at your shop is high. I don't know how both the mechanics and I missed it when I picked up, but we did.
Francisco the co-owner was adamant with his 'no' saying it would be a hard cost to the store. Thanks. Yes it would. Now you have a very unhappy customer after handing you full price and fees just 4 weeks ago.
Here comes the 300 mile maintenance. I see a Shop Fee of $25. When I ask, I'm told it's for "rags and fluids and such" during the service. Really? Those are not included the stiff hourly fee, inflation or not?
I'm left with the feeling MoM is all about the money not the service. I was hoping for better, a relationship, this is my first new motorcycle purchase from a dealer.
To credit, the service shop guy was cool and sympathetic, it's the owners who threw shade.

Review long overdue..
Came here with my father to replace his harley, he chose a R 1250 R and hasn't looked back since. David and the accessories/ service dept ladies continue to be the only nice thing about this place despite what happened next...
6 MONTHS LATER (1/23)
I finally purchased an R18 and had a rough experience with borderline bait-and-switch tactics, but otherwise am enjoying a great bike. Now, 650 miles later, I'm due for the break-in service. Turns out they only have one mechanic and he's burnt out because he left the drain plug finger tight and I leaked oil all the way back home. Luckily, the plug didn't fall out during the ride home and the level is still acceptable but I did not pay $523 for this. I cannot recommend this place anymore if it means I have to inspect my own machine after paying for "BMW quality service"... and prices.
