I am a gold/diamond Hilton honors member, meaning I stay in Hilton properties 30 to 60 times per year. This Property is by far the worst hotel Ive stayed in a very long time. We arrived and couldnt check In until 4 PM (place wasnt busy at all) get to our room only to realize the sheets and comforter are filthy- Literal bloodstains on them so we requested new bedding at 4 oclock- at 8:30pm Im still down there asking where new bedding is at. I had to ask three or four times for this new bedding to be brought uo to the room before I finally had to wait for them to bring it to the front desk and take up myself. The dirty stuff got to spend the night on the floor in our room. This hotel is filthy, filthy, filthy And I say that three times over stress that it is just a filthy old dingy hotel. Definitely not worth the $150 bucks per night that theyre charging even if it is Miami. I would definitely recommend finding a property with another company. Extremely disappointed in my experience with them at this property. The staff just seem lazy and rude, and do not care about guest services. I booked a double Queen bed room with a pull out sofa. I got a double full-size bedroom with no couch, instead a dirty chair with stains all over it and The door of my refrigerator fall off every time I open it. And to top it all off the toilet doesnt flush well, So every time somebody use the bathroom, you gotta flush two or three times. If youre lucky half the stuff will go away. I cannot overstressed just how terrible this place is. I guess thats what you get in Miami Try harder Hilton, youre better than this.

Terrible experience. Booked a month in advance for a two bed get there and they gave it away and give me a one bed after back and forth with the front desk finally settle for it and get to the room and the sheets had stains on them and what looked like food crumbs on the sheets instead of cleaning them or offering another room they give us a roll out bed terrible do not recommend
