In reality, I never worked there but I know from family members that if they belonged to the company, both the supervisors and the central office do not have people trained for a management position, the salaries are low and below the minimum wage in the state of the company. Florida, the workload is unusual compared to how little they pay, not to mention that they do not pay for night or dangerous work when there are positions in the company that warrant it. Hopefully some higher entity sees this comment and takes action since this company is not operating in the best way.
