I will never bring my child here again. Decided to give this place a try and brought my son for a violin lesson, when we get there I realize there are two old men smoking cigarettes in the front yard in front of a house. I thought had the wrong address. Almost turned around but then saw I the business sign. The inside of the house is a mess and they dont have a proper music room for private lessons. My son was sitting in the middle of a living room crowded with instruments, dogs, and people coming in and out. I didnt appreciate the owners tone of voice and he seemed very impatient and distracted with my child.

Fantastic Place. The staff are very welcoming and answer every question you have. Their instruments are beautiful and beyond worth the price. They think of the musician first and your money second. Definitely coming back for more.

This is the only quality shop that I trust in Miami. I have already been to two other shops, and the quality of the instruments, selection, and instruction for private lessons does not compare to Miami String Haus. Don't bother with any other stores for Orchestral instruments. Charlie is also good with setting up Electric Basses as well.

I cant thank the team at Miami String Haus enough for their amazing work and professionalism. Im the parent of a double bass player who is away at school. We have had the pleasure of knowing the team at Miami String Haus for quite a few years, so we already know the talent and the expertise at which they operate. We rented my sons first double bass from them when he first began playing, then bought him his own double bass from them a few years later. To get a call from him while hes away at school that there was an accident and he damaged his double bass was devastating. After searching unsuccessfully to see if anyone nearby his school could possibly repair it, we knew where to bring it if there was any chance that it could be repaired from its current state. Dale and Allen not only assured us that they could repair it, but it was my first time witnessing their true friendship with my son; they were happy to see him but truly sad for the situation. Miami String Haus not only repaired the instrument but also provided an option for use of a double bass while ours was being repaired. I am still in disbelief; the work is flawless. We cant thank them enough for the amazing results. Dale and Allen you are true gems and amazing luthiers. The pricing and process was fair, and the service was excellent. Thank you. Thank you.
