I had an appt at 4:30 and arrived 15 minutes earlier as I was instructed to do so. After arriving the girl told me they were behind schedule, she advised me to do a little shopping around and come back within 30 minutes or so. I came back within 15 minutes another girl was there and told me I was late for my appointment and if I'd like just to "stick around" and if someone misses theyre appt they can squeeze me in. By this time I was already upset and I told the girl if she cannot guarantee my pics for the same day I can go home and just reschedule, she told me there wont be any need for that just to wait a little longer. To wrap it up, it was 8 pm (closing time) and both girls told me to just go home there is nothing they can do. Needless to say I left very upset and gave them a piece of my mind, what bothered me the most is that I didnt even get an apology and wouldnt look me in the eye my long hours of waiting with my 11 month old son will not go unheard I have written letters to Mr. Wayne Fox Co-Founder, Dale Merrill
President, Mr. Scott Adams Co-Founder and Co-Owner. I am not the only one that has had bad service from this store in particular. I love kiddie kandids but def would not recommend this location.
