I have purchased several belts and buckles from J.W. Cooper over the years and have gotten to know the owner, Tod, quite well. I just had to order a new belt for one of his fine buckles. He personally took care of the matter and did so perfectly. I have to say it is quite outstanding when the company J.W. Cooper takes such a personal interest in the customer as he does. In essence, he and the firm are honorable and sell quality merchandise.
