Truly one of the best regions centers Ive been to. The ladies at the front desk specifically Cynthia always goes above and beyond for us. Super respectful young lady anytime Ive had an issue with the building she works on it immediately. The center is very modern and clean with great views ! Always a pleasure being here !!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Regus and their virtual office space services, and I must say it was nothing short of a nightmare. My main grievance stems from the fact that they rolled my account into a 24-month contract without my explicit permission, showcasing a complete disregard for customer consent and ethical business practices.
First and foremost, the lack of transparency is appalling. Nowhere during the initial sign-up process was I informed about the possibility of being locked into a lengthy contract. It was only when I received a notification of the renewed contract term that I realized what had transpired. This is not just a mere oversight; it's a deliberate attempt to trap customers into extended commitments without their knowledge or consent.
Customer service, or rather the lack thereof, only exacerbated the situation. When I reached out to Regus to address this matter, the representatives displayed a shocking level of apathy and disinterest. It was as if my concerns were inconsequential and their unilateral decision to extend my contract was above questioning. It's disheartening to see a company so blatantly dismissive of its customers' rights and concerns.
Moreover, the exorbitant fees associated with canceling the contract prematurely further illustrate Regus's exploitative business model. Charging customers excessively for wanting to terminate a contract that was forced upon them is not just bad business; it's predatory.
My experience with Regus virtual office space has left me thoroughly dissatisfied and frustrated. The company's decision to roll my account into a 24-month contract without my explicit consent is a clear violation of trust and a testament to their disregard for ethical business practices. I would strongly caution anyone considering their services to think twice and explore more transparent and customer-centric alternatives.
