My credit card was stolen and the thief used my card here, when I asked the store for help they could care less and actually defended the fraudulent user.
We all know when you purchase a luxury item they usually take your name and register it in their system, and the bare minimum is to ask for an ID with the credit card.
They said there was nothing they could do and to try work it out with bank. I guess their sales commission is more important than their integrity!

Gucci store in Aventura very nice staff specially Yuliya who assisted me very friendly and professional again thanks for assisting me yesterday and today Gucci should be proud in having someone like you working for them!!!
