My experience living at Brickell Heights has been nothing short of disappointing. Despite having lived in other luxury buildings in the area, this one stands out as the worst by far. The management's incompetence is glaring, with slow responses to issues and a focus on petty fines rather than essential maintenance. The ongoing elevator problems epitomize their neglect of resident needs. Despite being a respectful tenant, I've faced unwarranted fines and frustration. It's clear that management prioritizes profit over resident satisfaction. In hindsight, choosing Brickell Heights was a mistake, and until significant changes occur, I advise others to seek accommodations elsewhere.

Brickell Heights Condo offers an unparalleled living experience, and much of its success can be attributed to the exceptional management service provided. From the moment I stepped into the building, I was greeted by a team of dedicated professionals who seamlessly combine efficiency with a warm and welcoming demeanor. The management at Brickell Heights goes above and beyond to ensure resident satisfaction, promptly addressing any concerns or inquiries with a level of attentiveness that truly sets this condominium apart.

The WORST management will make your experience truly trashy:( Rude, unaccommodating, they do everything to make you uncomfortable at this place.
Also, no tap cold water in all the sinks only warm ot hot water, the kitchen counter top stains easily. Cheapest appliances, door nobs, doors and bathroom sinks.
Super loud car racers that wake you up at midnight every other night.
Fire alarm goes off way too often.
Mailroom is a disaster the location, the process and the very limited operating hours:(
I really hope the management will be replaced shortly
