Great experience with Chase. Needed to have a bank verification letter drafted by a representative, which is not something that they normally do, however, Elier, was super helpful in taking the time to write up a letter for me. This is the 2nd Chase location that I have visited, and both have been great experiences. Employees are polite and helpful which is a refreshing change from my former bank (whom I have been banking with for close to 20 years). I only regret not having switched sooner to Chase, because they are awesome!

Just spent 25 minutes waiting for someone to assist me. They don't even acknowledge you are there. Will take all my money out as soon as I can( if I find someone to assist me with that)
