I am from NY and have been a customer of Lugo's for many years. I recently moved to Tampa, Florida and ordered hair from Lugo's in Miami before and was satisified with my purchase. I just ordered 3 new packs of hair from the Miami location and I am HORRIFIED!!! The hair is shorter and the texture is disgusting. It looks and feels like some cheap synthethic hair that I could've purchased from a local beauty supply store. I called and spoke with an extremely rude woman who told me that the manager was busy and Jose will call me back which I sincerely doubt (based on a previous interaction). I am on my way to fedex to return this horrible hair. I DO NOT HAVE $340 TO WASTE!!! I strongly recommend going into the location to purchase your hair. If you are out of town, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

I don't see the hype..I purchased bobbi boss hair from the beauty supply store and I prefer that to lugos hair! Both are on the same level! Idk if its just myyy batch? But the hair can be washed but it sheds and tangles like crazy! It doesn't look bad..bt next time I'm going to buy hair virgin hair!
