Unfortunately, the attention was not good. ! They don't speak Spanish. And it's unfortunate that for tourists who don't speak English they can't buy. Nothing in that store specifically that of Aventura mall

I bought a PS5 pre-owned basketball 2024 game as a present for Christmas for my son and didnt work on the PS5, it was damaged or for some reason not supported by the console. I called them for a replacement, refund or credit and they didnt help me because I lost my receipt. Even that they have a bar code for the game box and my credit card invoice, or event the store cameras can proof I purchase the game, they say no and did not give me any solution. Unfortunately I will never buy in their shop again and I hope this doesnt happen to more customers.
Shame on Game Stop, I was only asking for customer service care.
