I wanted to look at the reviews of this company because my experience has not been satisfactory. I was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks from Puerto Rico to Miami. I made two shipments a month apart, one in January and the other in February, only boxes, no furniture. On the 7th week of the first shipment I started calling just to check the status, in PR they told me that I should call Miami, in Miami they told me the opposite. It took me two weeks trying to get them to explain to me what was happening. When I explain the situation, they put me on hold and then hang up on me. It's already happened a couple of times.
Then, they couldn't find my name and got confused with the shipments. They had no response from the first shipment.
I finally got them to respond to me. My boxes have not left the Island and that has been 9 weeks now and I ask how long they estimate it will take, and they tell me that it could be months and months because they have to wait for the container to fill. This response is with an attitude of "don't call because the answer doesn't exist, just wait."
I hope that my boxes, from two shipments, arrive in good condition and that they don't take as long as it has happened to my husband.
What I do know is that I will not use it anymore, the lack of communication, the low level of response, the lack of commitment and poor organization, I have spent days of uncertainty and worry. My tranquility is priceless and Risa del Monte does not contribute to my peace with its extreme silence and folly.

Shipped a marble table valued at $5k and insured and it arrived in pieces from San Juan PR to Florida. They promised to pay, but they never did. I claimed for months but nothing from Miami office. Never again.

This company is the worst. They are not transparent with their customers. They add on hidden fees without any reasonable notice to their consumers. Furthermore, when you reach out to get further information on these hidden fees, no one in their office wants to be responsible and address any concerns, and instead you are passed around like a toy from one regional office to another and are left clueless No one wants to

The place is Super clean, the customers services are excellent. Ms. Adriana Varon it's so friendly and Professional. And when I get outside another employee helps me with the boxes... A 100% recommended..
