Two words. Customer Service. Apparently it’s lost on people in Miami, and bankers. I am a private wealth management and had a trouble finding a branch. When I finally found one, they had 15 mins to close, and still wouldn’t help me. I completely agree with all the terrible reviews. The branch needs a total overhaul. I have been a Chase member for 20 years, and because of this experience I will be switching my entire portfolio. Downright horrible customer service, I wish I could of gave negative stars. Also, banking is done in English across the world. I speak Spanish, but apparently if you do not, do not bother coming here. They almost look down upon non-Spanish speaking people.

Employees at this chase branch denied me opening a business account they're excuse was that nobody knew how to open a business account. They are worthless liars. I think there is discrimination here against non hispanics. Shame on chase bank to have such employees working at this branch. I will never go there again eventhough it is the closest branch in my neighborhood.

Would actually give this rating a -8 since the option wasn't given!
My Mother experienced true racism and ageism at this bank today at 71st in Miami Beach, by the bank "manager" or head floor person, she told me his name is Alex. He told her that she does not look American and needs a passport to actually change her bank account which she has had for 17 years at Regions but decided to get a bank closer since the branch on 71st closed. Her name on the drivers license and her social security is slightly misspelled but recieves her retirement funds and social security under those names and theres no problem from the government. Speaking to her like she doesnt know what she's speaking about since she's 67 years old. This type of unprofessional behavior should not be tolerated by anyone of color or economic background, I have family members and business associates that do business with this bank also which she was so trying to do, By the way, We are Proudly U.S. citizens born in the greatest city in the world, New York City and by birth from we have Puerto Rican roots. I'm a 4th Generation U.S. Citizen. After hearing this catastrophic racist event and this banks business practices by having someone like that represent your company and brand, being a General Manager myself I'm horrified someone was profiled so bluntly in a bank in front of other customers that are also Latino and Hispanic because the area she lives in, I will be moving my accounts.
