Miami Life Center Hot Yoga is amazing.
I never thought I would enjoy hot yoga, but this place is really great.
The space is beautiful, the instructors are helpful, and the practice is rejuvenating.
I always leave feeling accomplished and ready to start my day (I go to the early morning classes). I'm looking forward to my next class.

I traveled to Miami to attend a workshop session hosted by one of the most amazing yoga instructors Ive been lucky enough to work with. Yoga garage cancelled it the day before due to low number of sign ups - which was interesting since they had not promoted it at all. Didnt seem very responsible in how they treat guest practitioners.
