Had saw the place on Apple Maps and noticed they had 2 stars. I had read some of the reviews and thought since the stuff happened a while ago, they would be better than they were. But was I wrong. I took my car up there in hopes of trading my car in for a new one and financing it. They told me my car was only worth 1,000 dollars. I took my car to another car dealership and a mechanic, both told me bottom line would be a little over 3,000. Second they told me my credit score was incredibly low. I stated to them I was in the process of buying a house so my score couldnt be that low especially since I had just talked to the people who were doing the loan for my house. Once I had left I called the loan office and had them check my score to see if it was as low as they claimed, they were totally wrong. The loan office stated my score did not go down but actually went up a couple points. I asked the dealership where they saw my score was so low because on Experian told me three scores all in the same range and different from what they told me. They told me they use a site I never even heard of before. I talked to another dealership in the area and they told me customers come to them all the time after being scammed from Mattingly motors. The jeep I planned on getting was really nice and everything. To bad they tried to get over on me.

We could not be happier with our experience at Mattingly. Lorri was professional and courteous throughout and the process was absolutely seamless. Everything was very upfront and straightforward, which is a huge plus for us when we're looking for a vehicle. We cannot recommend this group enough!

I call him Dean the man I appreciate the whole team over at Mattingly Motors great staff great people they take their time with you and they really care thanks guys awesome job I cant say enough about this place the kind of service they provide is rare and extremely hard to find these days Godspeed thanks guys thanks Dean wish you well.
