I've only been living at Natchez Landing for a month, but I must say it's the most quiet complex I've lived in. The grounds are well kept and you constantly see the maintenance men working on things. I'm also in love with how it sounds like it's raining outside my front window from the water flowing in the atrium. Highly recommended, especially for the price point!

This is a lovely place to call home. Its safe, clean, quiet, spacious, well maintained, and close to EVERYTHING! Ive had a great experience since my first interaction with Christina. She was very helpful throughout the application and move in process. I know part of it was her doing her job, but she did it with care, which was appreciated. Thank you Christina!!
Id recommend 1st Lake to anyone moving to the area.
