I am so impressed with this company. As a small business owner, switching to them for my benefits was one of my smartest decisions. They have saved me money on my plan, increased employee satisfaction and helped make my job much easier by helping me with managing things like COBRA and the insurance enrollment process. The level of service they provide compared to my prior company is unbelievable. The rep that I work with, Kara, always emails me back immediately and is helpful and organized. I really have nothing but positive feedback for them. If you are a small business owner not crazy about your benefits provider, I highly recommend them.
