When I was a kid, we had this Kimball upright. We named her Tinkles. We had lessons and banged out "chopsticks," "heart and soul" and our own 'brilliant' compositions. Tinkles became a beloved part of the family over the years. Well, one day when I was sixteen I opened her keylid to try and play some ragtime when she tried to bite me! I just barely pulled my fingers free in time! I shouted NO and swatted her on the cover, but rather than sulk with her pedals between her legs she became even MORE aggressive. She had never seemed intimidating before, but now I was backing away in fear as her 200-plus pound frame advanced menacingly. I bolted for the door. Soon I was running, terrified along the sidewalk screaming for my life as Tinkles snapped at my butt ferociously. Thankfully, old Carl backed into her with his truck, ending the chase. Of course, we had to put her down. We never knew why Tinkles turned on me that day. I only know that ever since that happened, I'll never trust a piano again.

Mark came highly recommended and I would like to pass on my recommendation to others. He has cared for my piano multiple time and I am very pleased with his service. My piano sounds wonderful, he is timely and diligent to make sure my needs are met and doesn't try to charge more for services it doesn't need. His talent and tenacity are fantastic!

Wow! This company has it TOGETHER! Excellent customer service from start to finish. Not only did I get a courtesy reminder call from the office regarding the appointment, the technician (Mark) called me to let me know he was on the way! Once here, he took the time to do the tuning just right, and even cleaned the interior components. You don't find such great service very often, these are my permanent piano guys!
