My room was accessed by other guests who were checked into my room after I was. Luckily I was there to prevent theft and I was dressed. I shudder to think of what could happen to a woman staying there alone if it happens to her. Very not safe. They made multiple mistakes at check in and this happened to other guests as well. They even moved me into another room hours later to accommodate a family with a longer stay. Worst hotel experience. Stay away.
Safety: Very unsafe. Multiple guests were given keys to other guests rooms. Highly unsafe.

Friendly staff, good size room. Inly 15 min drive to Scotsdale and the airport
Rooms: Good size rooms, lits of power pounts including usb
Noteworthy details: Staff were helpful with smile

Key card didn't work most of the time, ironing board was broken, and the hotel wasn't dirty but needs a deep cleaning desparately!

DO NOT STAY HERE. PERIOD. This could be a good option for a short stay, but sadly it is not. I arrived for my stay only to be told I didn't have a room. Finally, after being switched to another front desk person and repeatedly showing my reservation confirmation, I was given a room. lt was filthy. The room reeked of smoke, floors were not swept, hallways are disgusting. The entire hotel needs a deep clean. My A/C unit sounded like a tractor, and it was totally grimy. I know this because the casing fell off (see picture). The morning front desk guy was downright rude. We were a part of sports traveling team, and one of the parents was accused of being homeless and asked for his room number when he inquired about coffee while waiting for the breakfast staff (who arrived late). I did appreciate laundry on sight, and the free breakfast options. There is also a good selection of restaurants around the location.
