Not on scheduled time, needed couple of times reschedule because of their system maintenance But delay is still ok because of COVID 19. The maintenance person was courteous but What I am not happy about is that although its very much suspected the issue with refrigerator there was not a single part he was carrying and the refrigerator went not fixed on the same day. The second concern the part which I was told $350 actually costs $100 in the market its inverter board. Also it was not guaranteed that part will be able to fix refrigerator so I had no option but just to pay $70s for just looking to the fridge. Today I got it done from Samsung service for much cheaper price. from SAVE on Appliances cost givent to me was $350 and no gaurantee that it will repair the fridge vs $250 (Labour plus invertor cost) same day fix.
So before calling please make sure technician understands and atleast carry basic items if that can fix your appliances. Thank you all just wanted to give the review and what to do before you call technician Service: Refrigerator repair

The repairman was friendly and knowledgable. He was on time, neat in his work and did not create a mess. We had to wait one week for a part which left us in something of a bind (only reason for 4 stars instead of 5), but he called and came to install it on the day he predicted the part would come in. Very satisfied with the service experience. The repair was on a Sub-zero and was pretty expensive, but the freezer is working well since the repair.
