The people in Phoenix were super friendly and helpful. If it works for you to rent out of Phoenix, I'd recommend it.

First class service from Dan and Mia. This was my third rental and I plan on using them again soon. Both trailers and motorhomes were clean and in great shape.

Today I was at the Mesa Headquarters office. I was embarrassed for a family that was there since they showed little respect for the very polite, respectful, helpful rental clerk by the name of Mia. Customers who treat the staff like that shouldn't be able to rent from there. The Entire time she was gracious to them something I wouldn't have been. This company should have backed her up and not allowed them to rent from them if they treat staff the way they did. If you're going to the Headquarters office I would ask for Mia you won't regret it. And Mia if you read this please know that all the customers were upset that they treated you that way. You my dear are all around a great human being keep up the great work and always remember your value. Our kids and my husband really enjoyed the time you took out for us. We will be renting from you again!!!!!
