Went to get my PC restart loop fixed, drivers were reinstalled THATS IT, told me it was fixed. Went home, did not fix it called for a refund because its under warranty and fixed it myself.
Was told I shouldve brought it back in and theyre not refunding. Was told theyd call owner to see, did not even get a call back after being promised a call shortly DISPUTED WITH MY BANK.
Horrible customer service. LIED TO. And basically stolen from. Theres other shops theyre way better and will actually put effort dont come here. I wish I could put 0 stars. Do better

Very knowledgeable staff; fixed my non-responsive computer in less than 30 mins. Will definitely go back if I ever need other work done
