Dr. Narayan was amazing. He truly cared about me, my pain and did everything he possibly could to help me. He is a genuine man who deserves all the praise in the world. I absolutely will be referring anyone I know who needs a neurologist, to him exclusively. Thank you Dr. Narayan from the bottom of my heart.

Dr Narayan is qualified, asks medical questions, listens, and then gives feedback. Easy parking, on time with little wait and easy to find. Front staff is friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

I've only been to this office once when I couldn't get in to my regular office, but they were kind enough to squeeze me in the same day. The doctor was fairly patient and empathetic about my pain and gave me good guidance.

I was referred here by my GP. Dr Patel has zero bedside manner. I was sent for nerve issues and debilitating migraines/cluster headaches. I have seen docs for this off and on for over 20 years. He decided to focus on carpal tunnel symptoms and became very agitated when I asked why that was his focus when I came for something very specific. He did not seem to understand why I was frustrated that no one called with test results from bloodwork and an MRI that I had done nearly a month ago. Its a reminder that one should not just assume that your GP will send you to the best doctor for an issue and to do your own research first.

I had an appointment at 9:30 and arrived at 9:10 to fill out paperwork. After filling out paperwork, I was brought back at 9:55. I sat in the exam room until past 10:20 (time Im writing this now) and I still havent seen a doctor. I find it unfortunate to be asked to arrive early and you will accrues costs for cancellations and be rejected if late, but waiting for an hour to see a doctor is outrageous. The front office staff was very nice, Ill give them that. I havent sent the doctor yet, but hopefully it is a positive experience. I just lust waiting to see people when I have a work schedule and things to adhere to throughout the day. An hour just to be SEEN is far too great. Either the doctor needs to arrive on time and enter rooms early to cushion some of the times or they truly need to turn away late people who create this challenge. There is no acceptable reason to wait this long & should be rectified. Ill be giving it another chance, but after that, If this happens again, Ill be finding another doctor.
