Booked 3 1/2 weeks out for delivery. Got a call Friday 3pm that my order won’t be coming and to call for partial order. Called for partial order and was told yes by one person. Called back for update. Was told no impossible even though 90% of my order was ready. Keep in mind I purchased 2 full rooms and out of it only a handful not ready. Hey Ashley furniture when you say you will offer a partial order and customer calls to request that only to be told no because it would cost you more money?! Not good for business. I am not done dealing with this issue either since all the people I speak with tell me different stories. Make it right
