Initially I was pleased with this law firm. One successful letter resolved my real estate law issue.
THEN I asked my attorney about another issue by email and phone but he NEVER RESPONDED.
Today I called and emailed on another issue and asked for TWO different people.
NO ONE CALLED BACK.
I guess once they get the NONREFUNDABLE deposit; client services aren’t that important to them.
Building new business. Getting referrals from existing clients.
I mean if you don’t want my business GIVE ME BACK THE RETAINER. But to GHOST an existing client?
That sounds a lot like UNETHICAL if not illegal. Just sayin.
If your case is IMPORTANT TO YOU find a law firm that likes to do business.

Please be informed that despite your demands and threats the arbitration process turned out NOT to be a waste of time.
Great job on representing Adam and Trindal.
Initially owing $4500, they decided to consult with you and use your nonsense defense on the trial. My favorite one was the idea of using my company reviews as a legal proof of obtaining real customers. What an amazing move and such a pinnacle of idiocy. You should see the judge's face. Now they owe me almost $8K with 4.25% of interest per annum until paid.
I hope you charged them well so it pays off your Google Ad campaign.

P.S. please do me another favor: in case they call again, enlighten them about lien hold and collection.
