Thank you for your feedback. We always appreciate and value an honest review of what was good and where there could be improvements. Regarding the space, our venue is intimate and well suited for smaller groups. This was an unusually large party with many adults and many 2 year olds, which is not the norm. Our website as well as our conversation when booking the party emphasizes that the recommended age is three years old, and that our parlor room seats 10 adults comfortably. Children over 2 generally stay engaged and always remain inside during the entirety of the party. That being said, I am sorry to hear about your experience outside. We do check the grounds when we open in the morning so there is no excuse for that. Thank you for bringing these concerns you noticed to our attention and they are being addressed. We are truly sorry that your experience was not 100%. We never want anyone walking away dissatisfied.
