Keith was amazing! I believe he no longer works there When I went in the last time like a month ago the girls were very young and dressed unprofessionally just strong smell of smoke but customer service wise they did a decent job

Keith is great! I wanted an heirloom diamond put into a new setting for my wife and he gave me exactly what I wanted . It's Beautiful! Great customer service. They worked with me on the price and made my dream ring possible and affordable. Also comes with a lifetime warranty!

My fiancee and I brought over our wedding rings to get resized. My ring had an etched pattern and Arizona Diamond company told me they can compress the ring so it wouldn't damage the pattern. We came back in a few days to pick the rings up, my ring was resized but was cut into. After talking to the owner and the sales associate calling me a d**k, I got fed up and finally got my money back for the repair, while my ring is ruined. MY SUGGESTION DO NOT GO HERE.
