First room had flies, a smell, and a chirping fire alarm. 2nd room was less fragrant and clean sheets. Not clean blankets, just a top and fitted sheet. At checkin, the woman was lovely but she mentioned she had to call the cops four times yesterday. Carpet was so gross that we had to wear shoes in the room. Kids went to the pool where there were no towels so I ran back and got the only two bath towels in the room. Yes, we also had two wash rags but that was itc, no bath heat, no hand towel and there were four of us. When they came back, the towels were covered in black dirt. Passed two cleaning people in the hall and overheard one say, oh you got to clean my favorite room. 121- thats like Nightmare on Elm street in there. We had our cat with us and while we were in the room with the door locked, he disappeared. There were spaces large enough in the base of the bed for him to crawl under and up INTO the box spring. Finally, as we settled down for the night, someone tried to open our room door. They had double assigned our room. Really wish there was a no star rating.

Idek where to start with this place ...well its not the la quinta inn anymore its norwood inn ...the rooms are clean and organized but they didnt have extra blankets or pillows the ice machine was broke with no out of order sign and the complimentary breakfast was sad .i deff dont recommend this place if you plan on staying longer than a day .

Alot of noise at first but other than that it was good. Very dark around there so stay on guard until you get in the room. They lost power for an hour but that's life. The lady up front was very nice and she needs a raise and help.
