      image I moved within delivery range 172 days ago and started online ordering delivery and pickup. I liked the points system where we could earn free pizzas and side orders. But I've had points mysteriously disappear twice and expire once in that time period. Points are supposed to be good for 180 days. I placed a $60-70 order around the first of the month. I had 40 points a day or two before then. Now I have 30 with no redemptions. I've decided to give Domino's a break and placed my last couple orders with a competitor down the street. You guys need to update your website and get things running better. It's a major turn off to build up these bonuses just to see them vanish into thin air. Edit 4-9-2024: I followed up with the owner after they replied and left their email. And I still haven't heard a word back. It's been a couple months. I've been giving their competitor down the street my business.
