I had a slider installed and clap boards wrapped with new gutters. The install was professional and was happy with all work preformed. I noticed that the screen was not sliding well and fell off when trying to close, then i looked and noticed one of the wheels was no straight so i mentioned this to repair guy that wass coming out to fix. well he just put it back on the track and left. The first time i opened it feel off again as it is still stuck and also there was never a tab on the casing so couldn't lock the screen and that wasn't addressed as requested. So i have been working with trying to resolve this for approx. 4 months and was just told they will have someone else out but not until the end of the month. Seems they have no problem coming out to preform work there getting paid for but difficult to get them there for a complaint. I would have used them again in the future however this experience has changed my view of the company. I wanted to inform others of what to expect if a problem comes up as i did write a review of my experience on the install that was a 5 star but that has since changed.

The workers are rude and obnoxious. They have no respect for the people who live in the house they are working on. They constantly are whistling even when in my window. I asked them multiple times to please stop and they still continue to whistle while right in my window. Also their radio is on and loud. They are siding the house and its been over 5 weeks and they still are not done. They don't work on weekends either. This whole experience has been a nightmare.

CPI did a wonderful job with my kitchen my roof my basement finishing and my bathrooms I'm amazed wonderful people
