Never answers their phones or returns calls. Finally got a hold of someone after a week of this and then he never showed up to his appointment! We are now having to switch phone lines altogether because we couldn't get anyone to help troubleshoot! Terrible company with even worse customer service, do not recommend using!

I didn't think Seattle line could save us any money on our telecom or data expenses because we were still in the middle of a contract with TPx. However a trusted consultant strongly suggested we let Nathan and his team at Seattle Line take a free look at our bills. With nothing to lose and everything to gain I was shocked to see his proposal. Nathan had negotiated a 50% savings with TPx with the option of doubling our internet speed at a 40% savings. TPx emailed me a new agreement and shortly after signing it, our internet was upgraded and our new low rates were reflected on our bill. Amazing. We had zero downtime and zero out of pocket expense. It was like free money and I had no problem sharing in the savings with Seattle Line. If you want to save money I'd strongly suggest having Seattle Line take a free look at your bills. I'm glad I did.
