Don't have anything bad to say about the branch, but Chase ATM machines suck. They are so slow, I could swear they are still using dial-up. They are constantly broken too. Not so long ago all machines on both branches were broken. Don't buy any more ATM's from the Chinese outlet store.

I have been doing business with Chase Bank for over 5 years now both business and personal banking. Customer service has gone down hill. They don't deposit payroll checks into our account for over 48 hours longer than my other employees that bank with different banks. They put over a 10 day hold on a check that I deposited into my account with not explanation or knowledge as to why the check is on hold. They even tried to put a hold on a check that I wrote out of our business account into my personal account and both accounts are with Chase Bank and I am a signer on both accounts. I went round and round with Barry and Sean on these issues and they have no good reason for the hold. I finally cleared out most of my accounts with Chase and will be doing business with a different bank.
