      image Horrible customer service! Im glad had to go there and experience it myself. Very unprofessional, ill informed, rude and pretentious people! Specifically the white dude with the dye hair and the heavy set lady they both sucks. You just cant impose your will on other people. I guess u guys lost count or just dont care how many people you turn away today.

      image I give this location 0 stars if I could. The customer service representative is very rude. I made reservations to pick up a truck and a car hauler at the Lamer location and when I arrived she then told me I had to drive 20 miles to pick up the car hauler which counted against my mileage. The brakes were bad and the truck had the worst ride ever, it was very shaky.
