I wish I could leave no stars. I rented an apartment from this company for one year and during that time our plumbing system erupted 4 seperate times making our MLGW bill astronomically high, and the landlord, Jimmy/James Skefos refused to help with the bill although it was his fault for never properly fixing the problem in the first place. Instead in the middle of my lease he raised my rent $100 claiming that it was for repairs that the apartment needed and threatened eviction when I was already paying an $800 MLGW bill because of him. This business and the man that owns and runs it is a sad excuse for a company. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!!

I lived in a house managed by this incorporation, within one year, our water was shut off for four times, due to various reasons. In most cases, just because the owner closed the MLGW account. They don't even consider that there are people living here!! Even when we called them, and told them to fix, it would take two or three days. How can anyone live in a house without water for THREE DAYS??? Extremely inefficient. Besides that, there are many problems with the house itself, and they never come to fix. Don't want to deal with these people anymore.
