These people were very rude I was trying to set up a time with a tenant and a rental property they were going to appraise when I set the timer up which is hard with tenents they told me that time wasnt gonna work for them and they had all all the business they could do and basically told me I could go somewhere else and thats exactly what I did these people are terrible and rude they need to learn customer satisfaction .

Got many things just wrong on appraisal, from types of windows to listing appliances that we dont even own. She used comps that were almost a year old, despite comps available from a month ago. Asked Ms. Davis to use the newer comps, since the homes were almost identical to the ones that she had used (even houses just a couple of doors down from ones she had used) but she refused. All around bad experience, would not recommend at all.
