I give this place a -100 stars. I had to click 1 star to post.
This place has canceled numerous appointments for my father. When he has been able to actually see a Dr, they don't listen to him, and he has a mass on his chest and has lost a significant amount of weight in a very short period of time. He coughs blood, blurred vision, memory loss, fatigue, shortness of breath, chest pain, can't stand, walk, and sleep I can go on. I'm reporting this to the highest level I can

Was told to call them from the rude people at the Tupelo VA was put on hold was left there long after they closed and no one answered.

Received a letter from a VA Department on 1 April 2024 in the mail. The letter was dated 15 March 2024. It stated that I was required to contact them within 15 days of the letter to schedule an appointment. Even though I explained to the individual I just received the letter yesterday afternoon, 17 days after the date of the letter, the ineffective individual on the phone couldn't help. She stated "I don't control how or when the letter is sent or mailed. You have to request another consult."
The interesting fact is this is a re-occurring issue with Memphis VA. I have routinely received letters that are dated days/weeks before they are actually postmarked by the post office.
The continued inability from the Tennessee Veterans Affairs firms up their solid ranking as of one of the worst VA systems in United States.
