This has been the worst service ever! Over promise and under deliver. I have had 5 service technicians at my home and no one corrects the issue. I have hanging wires and several holes in my wall. To be continued!

Well, this company uses high pressure sales tactics, has poor technology that failed, they never billed the right account, never came out to fix a faulty smoke alarm sensor, and overbill drastically. Also, the install was less than professional leaving exposed wires hanging from house, when they were instructed to run them along trim to hide them. There's nothing positive to say about ADT or my experience with them. Avoid at all costs.
