The Chinese food is good. It is definately a place for takeout. The staff is always pleasant. However, if your looking for high brow food look elsewhere.

Ordering on the phone is a breeze. The food is so delicious and I highly recommend Melrose Garden. Its one of a kind.

As a Chinese person, the food is passable. I get #21 All Day Specials & have to tell them no MSG & no salt, extra garlic, so that I can see how flavorful it really is. It's tasty, but it could be better. I am reluctant to ordering other dishes for fear i will waste my money. I am not sure why all these Chinese restaurants just don't add more garlic & onions, these are very low cost seasonings! My friend said the chicken fingers were good since they had a decent piece of meat. The chix lo mein was good, but, he did not request 'no msg'-- so, it's difficult to know if it 'good' becuz of the msg or that it was genuinely 'good.' I tasted it & thought the flavor was flat & did not have any exceptional flavor.,
