First, I called and left messages asking to be called back with general questions. No one called. Second, I walked in at 12:32 p.m., and there is a sign saying, "closed for lunch." Went back after lunch, sign still there, window not only closed but it also had a cover over it, rang the bell as instructed, asked if there was someone I could speak with regarding Trusts and Estates, and was looked at like I was an alien and spoken to like a first grader with the most sarcastic tone: "Noooo, there is no one you can talk to. You have to call and make an appointment first! There's cards right here. You can take a card. Would you like a card?" No, I would not. Thank you and goodbye. No help at all!
