We recently moved into our newly built home in Norfolk, MA. Although we had realtor representing us that sold our previous home in another town, we had the opportunity to work very closely with Al Rao from Berkshire Hathaway Page Realty who was the Builder's sales agent. The process of building a new home is long and filled with details, schedules, decisions, and negotiations. Al was a guiding light through it all. He is very experienced in the new-build process so was able to provide guidance as well as alternatives and additional information to help navigate the communications between the builder and us as the new homeowners in all the complicated complexities of a new custom home.
