My experience with Alex and Mass Bay Wildlife Management was phenomenal. They were able to get rid of a squirrel for me and patch up some spots for me in the dead of winter. Alex was always communicative and polite and courteous and most importantly took our concerns seriously.
I received quotes and inspections from several other companies and they did not even bother looking at the problem area and told me it was not a squirrel problem. Alex was the only one who took the time to look and diagnose the problem and solve our issue.

Highly recommend. Later one afternoon, after killing 4 stingy things in my house, I called Mass Bay Wildlife Management. Owner Alex answered quickly and diagnosed the problem quickly, too: yellow jackets. (A total of about 40 found their way into my house in a day shudder!) Tech Jake arrived the next day, calm and experienced and confident. A handful of days later, there was still activity at the nest, so Jake came back out. I first contacted Mass Bay Wildlife in October 2021 for mice extermination. They performed the initial service and two week follow up. We have a 6 month warranty. Since then, we have contacted them approximately every month with continued mouse activity. The owner, Alex, responded to my most recent email stating that there might not be anything else they could do. He claimed he did not get an answer to past emails and that his technician was denied entry to my home for a service call in February 2022; I provided screenshots of my email response to his questions, and let him know his technician was inside my home for a good 20 minutes in February. Alex Miranda was rude and unprofessional several times in our email communication. He stated their warranty does not guarantee eradication of mice - so don't hire this company unless you don't want your problem to go away! As their website clearly says, not getting rid of the mice totally only leads to rebreeding and a huge problem in a few weeks. Service: Rodent extermination

If your tired of calling a business and not getting even a phone call or response back look no further, alex is top notch, i left a message for alex in the am with his service and received a call back that afternoon and he was even able to come by later that day, alex knew were to look for my problem found it and made a temporary fix till he was able to come back with a chimney cap. alex is the real deal and 5 stars does not do him justice if you have a wildlife problem dont waste your time with anyone else. thx again alex !!!! I used Mass Bay to help with some bat remediation. Dale and Mark were both very friendly, professional and explained everything clearly.
