We stayed here for one night while visiting local colleges. Jamal allowed my wife an early check in to catch-up on much needed rest while we toured schools. Rooms are great with all you need for a simple, convenient and restful stay. Entire staff were warm, unpretentious and happy to accommodate. Morning coffee in lobby was A+

Upon checking in had dog barking in room across the hall, politely asked the front desk if we could move to a room away from the dog. Were told "no" but they would address it. It was not addressed, mentioned being awakened by the dog to the same person at the front desk the next morning, and was told all they could to is offer me points, points were never received. Sent email message to inquire, no response. Disappointing. - Update, following review and email, a response has been received.

Location is good being walkable to downtown media. Water in the shower was cold 2 nights running with poor water pressure. We were put in a room across from the elevator. It was extremely noisy (the door did not go all the way to the floor?!) so we asked to be moved but we could not be accomodated. Cheap wonderbread type bread at breakfast, watered down OJ, inedible cold eggs and mushy apples. The poor staff look quite depressed. We've stayed before as it is convenient near family. It was not great that visit and certainly not this visit so will definitely be skipping next time. We will try the best western in concordville not far away despite being hilton members.
