These guys are power-hungry jerks. We were stranded in the roof of the parking garage with a dead battery when this guy (who saw us sitting there and never offered to help) proceeded to harass the Good Samaritan who did stop to help. If these are the types of people "protecting" downtown merchants, I don't feel very safe...
