I have schizophrenia and i purchased a bike here that was a female bike for around 1400 dollars. Which wasnt what i needed i also spent about 200 dollars on pedals and more on a light. When i got the light home it wouldnt charge or turn on. I explained to customer service id exchange the bike for a male bike or credit towards it but they seemed unwilling to help me. Even though i had ridden it once. I cycle and run to treat my disability. 1400 dollars is also a huge amount of money for someone on disability. They didnt acknowledge it may be hard for me to percieve what i wanted they just responded with "wouldnt be possible after the bikes sold" It seemed regurgitated and resentful

I was blown away by the great service I received at Marty's Cycle. I traveled 2.5 hours from the coast because Marty's was the only shop in southern Oregon who had the Specialized mountain bike that I wanted in stock. Marty, the owner, personally met me at the shop early on a Sunday morning even though the shop is closed Sundays. It was his day off but he was in no hurry to send me out the door. He fully set the bike up and gave me some good tips on suspension tuning and maintenance.
