      image What is there not to like about Wendy's? In honor of my third born child, I made sure to order fries and a Frosty to dip them in. (It's a thing. If you haven't tried it, you should!) Coming from Juneau, AK where we only have one McDonald's and no other fast food location, Wendy's was a treat for me in Oregon. The restaurant was clean, the high top table with tall chairs super fun for my friend's kids to climb up on and sit in, and the service was speedy and friendly. It takes me a minute to gaze over menu items, since I'm not familiar with everything offered, and the staff was patient and kind while I took time to decide what to add with my fries and frosty - I settled on a Jr. Cheeseburger. My meal was delicious!

      image Placed a $20 order via the drive thru.. got home and realized part of my order was missing. I contacted Customer Care, they gave me a case number and said that someone would be in contact with me. It's been a week and no one called. So I contacted customer care AGAIN and Carlos the agent was extremely rude so I talked to his Supervisor Issac.. also ZERO HELP. They said I have to wait 2 weeks for a call back and if no one calls then I have to call customer care AGAIN. I just wasted anhour of my time on the phone with them and got nowhere. I just either want my money or coupons for the equivalent of what I was out plus something for this inconvenience.
