Ive been coming in to work one-on-one as a private caregiver for a resident here and the facility staff is unacceptable. They watch residents walk by soaking wet with urine and continue playing on their phones instead of changing them. No one is ever dressed or wearing socks or shoes and always shivering cold. Ive been coming here for a week and have not once seen a staff member help a resident. My client is supposed to get an anti anxiety med every morning and has only received it when they had a med tech Id never seen before filling in, which leads me to believe that the staff is taking the residents meds.
